The location was perfect for my solo road trip, being just 20 minutes' drive from the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and Lake Michigan. the friendly staff, especially Melinda, made check-in smooth and hassle-free, with a door code for easy checkout. the old man on the property, while humorous, respected my privacy, which I appreciated. Parking right outside the room was convenient, and the spacious, air-conditioned room with its large AC unit made for a comfortable night's sleep. Free WiFi and outlets near the bed were a nice touch, catering to modern travelers' needs. the peaceful garden on-site added a touch of tranquility to the overall atmosphere. In conclusion, Cool Springs Inn is a budget-friendly yet charming accommodation option, perfect for a quick stopover or a longer stay exploring the natural beauty of the area.
